Care Provider - Customer Lists | How to manage and use Customer Lists

What is a Customer list?
A Customer list is a feature on CareApp that allows care providers to create and use lists of Customer profiles while creating posts on CareApp.
The lists feature saves users time as they can select the pre-made list of Customer profiles rather than manually selecting everyone involved.

When can I use the Customer List?
A Customer list can be used when creating posts on CareApp such as Notes, Photos and Video posts.
A list may be created for any group of Customers who are regularly together. For example, this may be a class like fitness or swim class, or this could be a friend or family group.
How do I create a list?
1. Simply go to the Customer's tab and tap on the “Lists” tab - select the New button.
2. Select the Customer profiles you would like to include in the list and tap done.
3. Create a name for the list and tap the arrow in the top right of the screen to create the list.
Once your list has been created you and your team can use it to create Photo, Video and Note posts for your Customer profiles.
How do I use a list?
1.Tap on the +NEW Menu
2. Select the type of post you would like to create - Lists can be used for Photo, Video or Note posts.
3. Tap “Select customer lists”
2. Select the list of Customer profiles you would like to send the post to - you can select one list or multiple.
See the selected customers in the list at the bottom of the screen. Cross any customer out that you would like to exclude from the post.
3. Once you have selected all Customer profiles you wish to send the post to tap “Done” to complete your customer selection.
Complete the selections on the post and send using the send arrow.
How do I manage my lists?
Administrator and Coordinator accounts can manage lists.
To manage lists simply go to:
- The Customer tab
- “Lists”
- Tap on the list you would like to manage.
Once you are on the list you will be able to remove or add Customers to your list or delete the list.
