Log in to your CareApp account

š± How to Update Your Email Address (Mobile App)
Log in to your CareApp account using your current email and password.
Tap the three lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner.

Select āSettingsā from the side menu.

Tap on āUpdate Email Addressā.

Enter your new email address, then tap Next.

š Confirm the Change
A screen will appear asking for a 6-digit verification code.

Go to your new email inbox and find the email from CareApp. It contains your 6-digit code.

Canāt see it?
Refresh your inbox
Check your spam/junk folder
Still nothing? Restart the steps.

Enter the 6-digit code in CareApp and tap āVerifyā.

Log in to your CareApp account using your current email and password.
Click on your name at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

On the Profile & Settings page, click āUpdate Email Addressā.

Enter your new email address, then click Next.

A window will appear asking for a 6-digit verification code.

Open your new email inbox and look for an email from CareApp containing the code.

Check your spam/junk folder
Still missing? Restart the steps.

Enter the 6-digit code into CareApp and click āVerifyā.
ā Success! Your Email Address Has Been Updated
