You're in the right place! Welcome to the CareApp Shop. This guide will walk you through how to browse products, make a purchase, and manage your orders โ€” all from within the CareApp.

โ“ What is the CareApp Shop?

The CareApp Shop is a convenient, all-in-one digital marketplace designed to make it easier than ever to explore everything your provider has to offer.

From daily essentials and optional extras to specialised equipment hire, you can browse a full catalogue of products and services directly inside the app, and purchase items safely and securely using a Stripe checkout.

What you can explore in the shop:

  • Ongoing Subscriptions & Services
  • Specialised Equipment Hire
  • One-Off Ad-Hoc Purchases
  • Tailored Packages & Bundles

Note: If you prefer not to check out through the app, you can simply use the Shop as a digital catalogue to browse, and then contact the on-site team directly to complete your order.

๐Ÿ” Browsing Your Shop

Ready to explore? Getting started is as simple as tapping the Shop tab. This is your central hub for everything your provider has to offer.

Once you are in your shop, you can easily look around to find exactly what you need:

  • Explore categories to find what you are looking for: Tap into any category to see the collection of products or services included inside.
  • View Product Details: See something you like? Tap directly on any product to view photos, read a helpful description, and check the pricing.

Take your time looking around! Follow the guide below to see how you can easily order some extras, additional services, or products today.


๐Ÿ›’ How to Purchase in the CareApp Shop

Depending on the product or service you are looking at, there are a few different ways to complete your order.

Click on the tabs below to see how each purchase method works, what to look for on your screen, and the step-by-step instructions for placing your order.

Buy Now (One-Off Purchases)

One-Off Purchases

When you see a "Buy Now" button, it means that you can buy the product as a one-off purchase. You will only pay once and the product is delivered once (unlike a subscription, which has recurring charges).

How to complete your purchase:

  1. Tap Buy Now
  2. Add any relevant notes
  3. Select a quantity
  4. Tap Continue with Credit Card and enter your payment details to complete your purchase.

Subscriptions (Ongoing Subscription)

Subscriptions

When you see a "Subscribe" button, it means the product or service is a subscription. The product will clearly show what the billing period is (e.g., per month, per year), and you will be automatically charged at each billing period until you choose to cancel.

How to complete your subscription:

  1. Tap Subscribe
  2. Add any relevant notes
  3. Select the relevant community (if you are connected to more than one)
  4. Tap Continue with Credit Card and enter your payment details to complete your purchase.

โ„น๏ธ All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will be automatically charged at each billing period (e.g., $190 per month for the Comfort Bundle) until cancelled.

Make an Enquiry (Offline Purchase)

Making an Enquiry (Offline Purchases)

Some products or services might not be available for direct online purchase, or you might simply prefer to pay offline. In these cases, you will still be able to view the product details and pricing, but instead of a checkout button, you will see a "Make an Enquiry" button.

This means the purchase is managed directly by your provider, allowing you to easily coordinate the details with them.

How to make an enquiry:

  1. Tap Make an Enquiry
  2. Send a message directly to the team on-site, who will be happy to help arrange the purchase for you.

Alternatively, you can always speak to the team in person, and they can process the order on your behalf.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Managing Your Purchases

Keeping track of your orders and subscriptions is simple. At the top of the main Shop screen, just tap the "My Orders" button to view and manage everything you have purchased.

Here is what you can do from there:

This tab shows a complete history of your one-off purchases and enquiries.

  • Track Order Status: Quickly see whether an order is In Progress or Completed.
  • View Details: Tap directly into any order to view your full receipt, quantities, and notes.

๐Ÿ”„ My Subscriptions

Located right inside the My Orders screen, this tab lets you manage your recurring services.

  • Check Status: Easily see whether each subscription is currently Active or Cancelled.
  • View Billing Details: Tap into any subscription to check your billing frequency, next payment date, and history.
