Care Provider: Managing comment moderation and reported comments
When a comment is reported by a member in your CareApp community it will be flagged in the notifications tab on Administrator's and Coordinator's accounts.
How do I find the reported comments?
To find the reported comments log into an Administrator or Coordinator account.
Navigate to the notifications tab - this will be a bell icon on CareApp mobile or a tab in the left side menu on CareApp web.
The reported comments will be pinned at the top of the notifications tab in the comment moderation section.
Managing the reported comments
To manage the reported comments simply tap on the report to see more information about the report such as who reported the comment and why and then select either Keep or Remove.
If a comment is removed, it will be deleted from CareApp and will not be visible to any users.
How do I remove a comment if it has not been reported?
Administrators and Coordinators will be able to remove comments from posts in their community on CareApp.
To remove a comment on a post simply tap on the three dots on the comment and select Remove comment.
