If you are a Team Member, Site Coordinator, or Administrator on CareApp, you can post videos for customers.
A video is a wonderful way to share the joy of any occasion or activity, and to create a window into the daily life of the customer.
Maximum upload size
A video post can be up to 5 minutes long.
The maximum file size for a video upload is 2GB.
If your video is larger than 2GB, you’ll need to trim it down or split it into two shorter videos before uploading.
Mobile
How to Create a Video Post (Mobile)
Tap + New, then select Video.
Select the customer(s) you want to post for.
Record a video or upload one from your device’s gallery.
Wait for the upload to finish.
Add a comment/message for the video.
Choose a label that describes the video.
If you are an Administrator or Coordinator, select Share with Family if desired.
Tap Send to post.

Click + New, then select Video.
Select the customer(s) you want to post for.
Upload a video from your computer.
Wait for the upload to finish.
Add a comment/message for the video.
Choose a label that describes the video.
