If you no longer want to use CareApp, you can permanently delete your account. This removes your access and stops all communications.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• You will be immediately signed out of CareApp.
• You cannot sign in again with the same account.
• All communication with your care provider via CareApp will stop.
• If you change your mind, you’ll need to contact your care provider to set up a new account.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent. Your provider will keep necessary data in line with CareApp’s Terms of Service.

How to Delete Your Account (Mobile App)

1. Open the CareApp mobile app.
2. Tap the Menu / Settings icon.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Read the instructions carefully, then tap I understand, delete my account.
5. Enter your password to confirm.
6. Tap Delete Account to complete the process.

✅ Your account is now deleted.
