If you are a Site Coordinator or a Provider Administrator on CareApp you can post links to Customer profiles.
You may want to share a link to a drop box or an online resource.
To share a link on CareApp follow the steps below:
Mobile
Tap + New at the bottom of the home screen.
Select Link.
Tap Select a Customer and choose the participant.
Add a description of the link.
Paste or type the web address into the link box.
Tick Visible to family representatives if you want families to see it.
Tap Post in the top right corner
Delete
Web
- Tap + New on the left side of the home screen.
- Select Link.
- Tap Select a person, choose the participant and press done.
- Paste or type the web address into the link box.
- write a description for the link.
- Tick Visible to family representative if you want families to see it.
- Tap Create.
Once posted, the link appears on the home feed and under the Files tab in the participant's profile.
