Introducing CareApp Champion Badges! A decorative badge that when applied, shows on a CareApp Champion's profile photo in CareApp.

Can I apply a Badge to my own account?

Yes, you can! Simply follow the steps below to apply a badge to your own CareApp account

Web (Computer)

1. Log into a Coordinator or Provider Administrator account. Badges aren't available for other CareApp Role types.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click your name.
3. Click on “Badges” at the bottom of the Profile & Settigns page.
4. Switch the badge on for any site where you are a CareApp Champion.

Complete!

Now you have added a CareApp Champion badge to your own account. You will be able to see the badge appear on your profile photo on posts, comments and in the community of your Customer Profiles.

 

 

 

How do I apply a Badge to other CareApp Champions?

Web (Computer)

1. Log into CareApp as a Coordinator or Provider Administrator.
2. Click on the “Members” tab.
3. Click on the Member you would like to designate as a CareApp Champion.
4. Scroll to the bottom of their Account information and switch on the CareApp Champion Badge - click "Save".

Complete!

This member has now been designated as a CareApp Champion. You will be able to see the badge appear on their profile photo on their posts, comments, and in the community of your Customer Profiles.
