CareApp enables care providers to seamlessly capture and share beautiful care moments, providing families with a personalised and reassuring window into the care and wellbeing of their loved ones.
CareApp connects families through photos, videos, events, newsletters, notices, and more in real time. Through CareApp you will always be informed and up to date on your loved ones daily activities, wellbeing and any news and events happening in your community.

Getting started with CareApp
Getting started with CareApp is easy. Our Australian based customer support team will guide you through our four-step set-up.
Welcome to CareApp
To log into CareApp you will need to receive an invitation to create your account. Please request this directly from your care providers or email CareApp at hello@careapp.com.au for assistance. Once you receive your invitation follow the prompts on the email to create your log in password.
Get CareApp
Download the app to your device by searching for ‘CareApp’ in the iOS™ App Store or Android™ Play Store.
Sign in to CareApp
Open the app on your device, and sign in with your registered email address and password, or log in via your computer on CareApp web at careapp.com.au.
You’re ready to go
You are now automatically connected to your loved one and able to receive photos and updates on their wellbeing and activities.
