Most Connected Sites Leaderboard
Understanding the Most Connected Sites Leaderboard on CareApp Insights
CareApp works best when everyone involved in the care of a person is on CareApp. The Most Connected Sites Leaderboard is a simple way to see how connected your site is compared to others. It can be a fun way to compete with other users, but shouldn't be taken too seriously. This article explains how the leaderboard works.
Leaderboard Contents
The leaderboard lists all the sites in your provider in order of how connected they are. For each site, we show their position in the table, the score they obtained for the date range selected, and their movement up or down in rank from the previous period.
In the image below we can see that Ocean View Lodge is in first place, marvellous work! Next wee see the score that got them to first place, 20.5. The final column shows that they have moved up 2 places since the previous period, where they would have been in third place.
Score Formula
The leaderboard compares how many customers have family connections, to those who do not. The formula to calculate a site's score is as follows
Score = (Customers With Family Connections / Customers) * 100
Essentially, the score is the percentage of customers who have family connections.
Limitations
The Leaderboard is a simple way of comparing how different sites are using CareApp to connect with family, but it does have some limitations. In particular, Dividing by the number of customers is only accurate if the sites' customer lists are accurate. Customers should be deactivated as necessary.
The highest score possible is 100, meaning that all customers at the site have connected family. If multiple sites have the same score, they will still be shown in a ranked order.
We recommend exporting the data from CareApp and building your own statistics if the Most Active Sites Leaderboard doesn't answer the precise question you are interested in.
