Care Provider: Create a Video Chat

If you have a Team Member, Coordinator, or Administrator account on CareApp you can create a video chat for a Customer.
Follow the steps below to create a Video Chat:
Mobile
Tap on the big +New button at the bottom of the screen.
Choose 'Video Chat' from the menu.
Select the customer you wish to create the video chat for.
Tap 'Select Participants'.
Choose up to three participants from the list.
Tap the orange 'Invite to video chat' button at the bottom of the screen.
A loading screen will appear which says 'Connecting to chat..'
Wait for a moment.
Your screen will show a camera view of yourself with 'Waiting for participants' written at the bottom.
Once a participant joins you will be able to see them on the screen and talk to them.
The participants can jump in and out of the video chat as they please up until you end the video chat.
